Body Transformation Motivation πŸ’ͺπŸ‘Œ

I have to say after seeing Charlotte and Holly from Geordie Shore transform their bodies within the last 12 months, it really gave me the motivation I needed to get my arse in gear for operation summer bod 2015.

During my masters I exercised between 6 & 8 times per week, an amount that is totally unrealistic with a full-time job, blog and freelance makeup, lash and nail clientele to cater for.

This picture of me last year was taken just after having completed a 6 week transformation at Pro Fitness in Balbriggan. I trained 6-8 times per week and eat really, really clean. As I have so many commitments now, I needed to sit down with my trainer Rebekah and together figure out a plan that would fit into my schedule without causing too much disruption to my hectic lifestyle.

I’ve opted to work out 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) and plan to eat relatively clean. I don’t want to be as strict as you would have to be on a 6 weeker, I really just want to try be as good as I can yet not beat myself up over a slice of toast here and there or a bit of milk in my coffee.

My goal is June so ultimately I’ve 6 months to get in tremendous shape again.. 😍👙💭

I will keep you posted along the journey and I am keeping track of all workouts and meals to share with you all over the coming months..
