Review: Nía Natural Skincare

I started using Nía natural skincare products a few weeks backs and I am absolutely in love with them!

To give you a bit of background Nía, which means radiance in Irish, is a range of natural skincare and beauty products created in Ireland by skincare expert with over 30 years experience, Celia O’Grady.

Many mainstream skin-care brands include chemicals and as research  suggests, exposure to some of these chemicals may contribute to the development of cancer, and can affect how oestrogen and other hormones act in the body. The chemicals block or mimic the body’s natural hormones, which throws off the body’s hormonal balance.

Nía natural skincare products are made by hand in Limerick using 100% natural ingredients proven to be effective in treating even the most sensitive, allergy-prone skin.

Nía have created a really useful section on their website whereby they list every natural ingredient used in the production of their products plus what products each ingredient can be found in: https://www.nia.ie/why-natural/

I am OBSESSED with this product! It basically looks and acts the same as one of those really gritty scrubs perfect for getting false tan off however, it moisturises your skin while you’re scrubbing meaning you don’t have to apply moisturiser after your bath or shower!
